WORGC FEES FOR NEW APPLICANT:
$100.00 INITIATION FEE 
$75 ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE
$175.00 FIRST YEAR TOTAL

$75.00 PER YEAR THEREAFTER
 
MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF NRA MEMBERSHIP .  3 WORK DAYS  (12 HRS.) OR $20.00 PER WORKDAY

APPLICANTS FOR MEMBERSHIP
White Oak Rod and Gun Club, Inc. is a 501(c) (7) non-profit corporation managed by an elected board of directors, 

EVERY MEMBER IS REQUIRED TO SERVE A ONE (1) YEAR PROBATION PERIOD. DURING THIS PERIOD, EACH NEW MEMBER IS REQUIRED TO SERVE ON A COMMITTEE OR PARTICIPATE IN THREE (3) FOUR (4) HOUR WORK DAYS OR BUY EACH WORK DAY AT A CHARGE OF TWENTY  DOLLARS ($20.00) PER DAY.

It will be a benefit to both the member and the club to actively participate, as you will get better insight to the workings of the organization, and become acquainted with fellow members. 

The Board of Directors or Chairpersons of specific committees or events schedule workdays.  You can also perform work days on your own and record them on the posted Work Day Record.  All work day credit requests must be presented to the Membership  Officer for official credit. 

Committees and their functions:
(1.) FINANCIAL:
Responsible to oversee the financial condition of the club, audit records, explore and recommend means of raising funds and consult with the Trustees and chairpersons regarding the income and expenses of the various committees.
(2.) BUILDINGS AND BUILDING MAINTENANCE:
Responsibility to maintain, repair and improve club buildings and mechanicals. 
(3) GROUNDS, ROADS AND EQUIPMENT:
 Responsibility maintain club roads, grounds, and maintain the related equipment.
(4) SHOTGUN SPORTS AND RELATED EQUIPMENT:
Responsibility to schedule and operate all Five Stand, Sporting Clays, Trap and Skeet activities, establish rosters for range duty, schedule shoot and league activity and maintain the equipment used therein.
(5) RIFLE, PISTOL, ARCHERY,  AND RELATED EQUIPMENT:
Responsibility to maintain the rifle, pistol, blackpowder and archery ranges and equipment and schedule and operate the various shoots, such as CMP Matches, Pin League, Indoor Archery, 3-D Archery and Black Powder shoots.
(6) SOCIAL EVENTS:
Responsibility to schedule and operate the social events of the club (Annual Game Dinner, NRA Youth Day, Flea Market)

As this club is a non profit organization, most of the work needed is done by the membership when possible. Serving on a committee or fulfilling work day requirements  is a vital aspect of the club's operation.
